Certified Personal Trainer

Many of my earliest memories are of  lifting my Dad’s dumbbells, boxing and wrestling with him, pushing and kicking over dead trees in the forest, lifting rocks and limbs, and whatever other feats of strength we could come up with. In 7th grade my Mom sent me to a gym owner friend to help with my lifting. At age 18 I started jujitsu. At age 20 I was a personal trainer.  Not much changed in my lifting until I discovered Pavel Tsatsouline and  kettlebells. He distills complex Russian programming into simple methods. Following his way led me to his certification after four years. I look forward to teaching these methods to people of all ages and fitness levels. Strength (tension), relaxation, movement and stillness is what I want to share. Always a student. Sometimes a teacher.
