Vincent Vergara is a Fitness Specialist and a certified personal trainer under the American Council on Exercise. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology through Indiana University and developed a very technical approach to training founded heavily on research-based evidence. He is experienced with creating easy to learn exercise programs for beginners and identifying areas of improvement to help athletes hit new personal records. When he is not breaking down exercises, he enjoys “breakin it down” through hip hop choreography and cycling through the scenic back roads of Indianapolis. He has been called the MacGyver of fitness for his belief that full workouts and a healthy lifestyle can be accomplished anywhere, anytime, with minimal equipment.
